It was brand new so it was very clean. The lobby was clean and beautiful the outside had a beautiful fire pit with seating. The room was very clean and spacious. The kitchenette was amazing with a refrigerator and a dishwasher with all dishes right there. Absolutely amazing.

Food was ok, needed more options like bacon and sausage not in eggs for people who have egg allergies. My son is a big fan of the waffle maker just like prefer that it would be a non-plant-based waffle mix.
